Information necessary for valuation of receivables
To demonstrate economic, personal or other relationship between the assignee and the assigner
- copies of certificates of incorporation of the assignee and the assigner
- current shareholder structure of both parties
To demonstrate the origin and existence of the receivable subject to valuation
- documents showing the origin of the receivable
- documents showing securing provided in connection with the receivable
- documents showing that the receivable still exists as of the date of valuation (data from company books)
- debtor’s declaration concerning the existence and amount of the liability (full amount or partial amount)
- creditor’s declaration concerning the existence and amount of the liability (full amount or partial amount)
- description of the receivable history (changes in its amount in time, accessories) and the agreed future development (agreed payment schedules and accessories)
To demonstrate the value of the receivable
- current final accounts of the debtor
- debtor’s final accounts for the past three fiscal periods
- payment schedules of the debtor’s credit and leasing agreements or payment schedules of the debtor’s other liabilities and receivables
- debtor’s financial plan
- list of debtor’s assets and liabilities
